I hate it when people always say how “it’s worse for [insert something here]“. Why?! Because it’s all relative. I know what it’s been like for you (only because you told me), but that’s not what I’m going through. Yeah, it’s pretty dumb, but for me, it was like an addiction. I couldn’t stop even when I wanted to.

That must have been quite a stressful experience for you when you found out about possible tumor… Many people take life for granted and make big problems out of small issues. It is an experience like you describe that might broaden their perspective on life in general. I hope you are doing fine now.
